Renewing your drivers licence to a credit card format

You can renew your drivers licence any time before your licence expires and it can be renewed at any licencing or testing station.

To renew your licence, you will need to complete an application form and the following will be required:

• Your ID

• 4 ID photographs

• R150

Eye testing and fingerprints will have to be taken for your drivers renewal. This will not be a new procedure to all those who hold driving licenses, because eye testing is also done when you first apply for a learners.
